Mission Statement

“The mission of the Lady Spartans fast-pitch softball program is to help promote the development and execution of softball skills. Through voluntary leadership and proper guidance of the participants, the Lady Spartans strive to instill the qualities of teamwork, loyalty, discipline, physical fitness and knowledge in each of our players. As a non-profit program, the Lady Spartans measure success not only in winning games, but in also building character and self-esteem of the youth in our program.”
